Tuscany’s most famous biscotti, Cantucci are made from a simple dough of flour, sugar and eggs into which whole almonds are folded. Baked twice for extra crispiness, their recipe has been perfected over centuries for the ideal texture and flavour. Traditionally served for dipping in Vin Santo dessert wine, they are also excellent with an espresso.
