This non-vintage wine is made from a combination of Pignoletto, Alionza, Albana, and Malvasia from different plots and vintages dating back to 2010. The majority of the mix is composed of wine from the most recent vintage, and the vat is regularly topped up with young wine to prevent oxidation. Fresh fruit and floral notes lead, while a salty, nutty backbone adds depth. Easy to drink, yet far from simple.
