We have been making fresh homemade pasta since we first opened our delicatessen in Soho in 1944.

Pici are long, chewy pasta, originally from Tuscany. One of our signature pasta used in our Pici alla Norcina dish. They go well with rich sauces with mushrooms and meaty ragus. Pici don't contain egg and are therefore a great vegan option.
