An elegant deboned ham produced in the hills of Veneto. The taste is sweet with a much lower salt content than traditionally used.

San Marco Prosciutti is a young business located between the Colli Berici and Colli Euganei hills, in Veneto. The continuous research has allowed San Marco Prosciutti to produce hams with low salt content, no preservatives or additives.

Typically served as an appetiser, this ham is also delicious with some bread or focaccia and can even be used as an ingredient for risotto.
