Blended with sun-dried tomatoes meticulously prepared in a 130-hour process, this sauce brings together the vibrant colours and flavours of the South of Italy.

Portion size
250g serves 2 x 125g portions of pasta.
Cooking Instructions
Warm the sauce on low heat in a pan until heated through. Add cooked pasta to the sauce with some cooking water and mix until fully incorporated. Plate with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Storage
Consume by use-by date or on the day of delivery for nationwide orders. Store in the fridge after opening and consume within 7 days.
