A bright, seaside-influenced rosato from young Nero d’Avola vines on sandy soils. Picked early for fresh acidity and low alcohol, it spends just a night on skins before resting in concrete. Pale pink with saline, citrus, and briny notes, it’s pure sunshine in a glass.
