This Parmiginao Reggiano is produced exclusively from the milk of the Bruna cow. Sweet and well balanced, this crumbly cheese has hints of hazelnuts and grass in the aftertaste, and is matured for at least 24 months.

Perfect on a cheese platter or antipasti board, you can also try it with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar or grated over any dried or fresh pasta.

Not vegetarian. Contains Milk and dairy. Unpasteurised.
