This is a semi-hard, crumbly goat's cheese that is covered in natural hay. The taste is milky, buttery, round and smooth with hints of grass and flowers. The aftertaste is round and wild with earthy notes and continued grassy flavours resulting from the hay.

The producer Latteria Perenzin from Veneto has remained family-owned for four generations.

Perfect eaten with mostarda or salsa at the end of a meal.
