Lina Stores Chili Tomato Sauce is a spicy Italian sauce made from sun-ripened tomatoes and fiery chili peppers, perfect for adding a kick to your favourite pasta dishes, pizzas, and more.
The tomatoes are organically grown in the sun-drenched fields of Puglia and hand-harvested during the peak months of July and August. Each batch is scalded on the day of harvest, ground, and naturally pasteurised to preserve the vibrant flavours. The fiery chili peppers add a distinctive heat, making it a must-have in your kitchen.
Ideal as a sauce for pasta, in pizza, or as a base for classic recipes.
Portion size
250g serves 2 x 125g portions of pasta.
Cooking Instructions
Warm the sauce on low heat in a pan until heated through. Add cooked pasta to the sauce with some cooking water and mix until fully incorporated. Plate with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Storage
Consume by use-by date or on the day of delivery for nationwide orders. Store in the fridge after opening and consume within 7 days.
