I "Contadini" farm, run today by the third generation, has been founded in one of the most suitable areas for the cultivation of vegetables, in Salento (Apulia), the so-called "land of sun, sea and wind".

Crispy, fresh and fragrant, this product is delicious on its own as a starter; alternatively, it can be used with our Green Tomato Pate' to make a bruschetta or sandwich.
