This soft wheat "00" flour is the product of intense research and tests to create the best flour for optimum results in making professional-quality pizza dough at home using fresh or dried yeast.

The grains used are carefully selected and subjected to light grinding in order to obtain a flour that ensures elasticity to doughs and tolerance to rising. It is perfect for endurance during the long rise, indispensable for a flavourful, crispy and easily digestable pizza.
