Dehydrated brewer's yeast is more practical than fresh yeast as it has a long shelf life. This yeast is particularly recommended for pizza dough but is also perfect for any recipes that need to prove slowly and naturally, such as focaccia, bread and brioche.
Best used with our pizza flour. Combined with our homemade tomato sauce, cheese, antipasti and meat for a wonderful pizza at home.
Easy to use: the granules don't need to be dissolved prior to use, instead add it directly to the flour along with two tsp. of sugar.
