Handmade small salame from our producers in Emilia Romagna made from fresh pork meat seasoned with salt, wine and spices and cured.

Salumificio La Rocca is recognized as one of the most attentive custodians of the Emiliana pork-butchers' tradition for the production of Salumi Piacentini. We have been working with them for years and have visited them many times to learn more about their techniques.

Serve with a mature cheese such as a Pecorino and some good red wine.
