Ricciarelli are soft almond biscuits typical of Siena (Tuscany). They date back to Medieval Times and are usually enjoyed during the Christmas season.
Established in 1948 in Chianciano (Tuscany), Marabissi claims to have the secret recipe for the Ricciarelli: only use the best quality ingredients and respect the traditional Tuscan way of making these biscuits.
