The Mulino Bianco brand was born around the mid-70s, when Barilla decided to expand the range of products in its portfolio and to establish itself in new market niches. The idea was to create a line of products that evoked tradition and authenticity. The success was such, that in a short time Mulino Bianco became the first bakery brand in Italy.
