Made from grains of milled durum wheat combined with water from the mountain springs of Abruzzo, our Lina Stores dried pasta are drawn through traditional bronze dies and dried slowly to create beautiful, artisanal pasta.


A speciality of Puglia, Orecchiette means little ears. Delicious paired with sauteed greens such as cime di rapa and fresh Italian sausage. Great for al forno / baked dishes. Their shape holds sauces perfectly, including our homemade tomato sauce.

Portion Size

500g - 5 - 6 portions (80g - 100g per person)

Cooking Instructions

Bring a pan of generously salted water to the boil. Once boiling, reduce to a medium simmer. Add orecchiette and cook for 12 minutes until al dente. Remove using a colander. Add the pasta to the pan with your chosen sauce. Carefully combine and add some pasta water if needed. Plate up and finish with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.


Store in a cool, dry place and consume by use-by date.
