Robust and slightly bitter, our Cime di Rapa, is a beloved leafy green from Puglia, Italy. Once harvested, the turnips are washed, blanched, seasoned and potted in local extra virgin olive oil.
Their distinct earthy notes make them an excellent appetiser or a side dish for meat or cheese based dishes. If stir-fried, Cime di Rapa can be used to season Orecchiette.
