Made from grains of milled durum wheat combined with water from the mountain springs of Abruzzo, our Lina Stores dried pasta are drawn through traditional bronze dies and dried slowly to create beautiful, artisanal pasta.
Linguine simply translates as little tongues. Perfect for seafood and tomato-based sauces and often paired with vongole (baby clams) or lobster.
500g - 5 - 6 portions (80g - 100g per person)
Bring a pan of generously salted water to the boil. Once boiling, reduce to a medium simmer. Add linguine and cook for 8 minutes until al dente. Remove using a colander. Add the pasta to the pan with your chosen sauce. Carefully combine and add some pasta water if needed. Plate up and finish with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Store in a cool, dry place and consume by use-by date.
